The Event Configuration - Price Charts|Pricing page contains the following properties:

Field

Description

Price Types

The price type(s) that are associated with the pricing in the price row.

Roles

The role(s) that will have access to the pricing in the price row.

Promotion

Grants access to the pricing using a promotion.

Click magnifyingGlass-7.X to search for a promotion.

•If the promotion does not have an access code, only customers with the promotion on a benefit can access the pricing.

•If the promotion has an access code, customers/staff must enter the promo code to access the pricing.

Information

If you add a promotion to a pricing row and you want a charge to be applied, you must add the same promotion to the appropriate charge on the Price Chart|Charges page.

Price Zones

The monetary value of an admission in each price zone, available to the selected 'Price Types' and 'Roles'.

Information

It is possible to enter percentages and +/- values in the 'Price Zone' fields.

Disable?

Select the 'Disable?' check box to disable a price row without deleting it.

Disabled price rows can still be reported on using the price chart proofing extracts.

Add Price Row

Adds a new price row to the page.
