Page Size
Each search page contains a 'Page Size' field. The number entered in this field determines how many records are returned per result page.
When selecting search results, you cannot select one result on page one and another on page two. If you want to select multiple results, you can:
•Increase your 'Page Size' on the Search page and run the search again.
•Modify your search to return fewer records.
Search Type
The 'Search Type' field enables you to choose the appropriate type of matches you are expecting. The available options are:

Match Any |
When you want to search for records containing one or more of the search terms you selected. For example, if you use the Match Any option to search for a customer with the last name “Smith” and first name “Bob”, customers with the last name Smith or the first name Bob would be returned (Bob Smith, Bob Duncan, Jane Smith). |
Match All |
When you want to search for records that contain all of the search terms you selected. For example, if you use the Match All option to search for a customer with the last name “Smith” and first name “Bob”, customers with the last name Smith and the first name Bob would be returned (Bob Smith, Bobby Smithern). |
Based on the number of search terms, the following table shows the possible results per search depending on the selected Search Type:
