Your system administrator can create business intelligence (BI) queries to meet your organization’s needs, and then make them available through the My Executive BI tab. If such queries have been created, you can run the queries and/or extract the results. Speak to your system administrator if you have questions about the queries available to you.

If your system administrator created a customer BI query, you can extract information that you can use to generate customer correspondence. For example, you could use the query to extract those customers who have not made purchases in the last year. The query will extract a downloadable file in a format specified by you (CSV, XML). You can then use this file to generate your printed correspondence. For more information, refer to Business Intelligence and Reports - Business Intelligence.
