To add a gift to a bundle:

1.Open Product Configuration from the Desktop.
The Bundles|Search page appears.

2.Search for and select the bundle that you want to add a gift to.=
The Bundles|Details page appears.

3.Select the Gifts tab.
The Bundles|Gifts page appears.

4.Click 'Add Gift'.
A new gift row appears.

a.Gift: Click to search for the gift that you want to include in the bundle.

b.Default Appeal: Select the default appeal for the gift.

c.Default Fund: Select the default fund for the gift..

d.Required: Determine whether or not the gift is required with the purchase of the bundle:

oYes: The gift is required.

oNo: The gift is not required.

5.For each gift that you want to add to the bundle, repeat from the process Step 4.

6.Click 'Apply'.
If a date does not appear in the bundle version's 'Effective Date' field, the application prompts you to confirm that the effective date will be set to the current date and time.

7.Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the bundle was updated.

8.Click 'OK'.

To remove a gift from a bundle:

1.Open Product Configuration from the Desktop.
The Bundles|Search page appears.

2.Search for and select the bundle with the gift that you want to remove.
The Bundles|Details page appears.

3.Select the Gifts tab.
The Bundles|Gifts page appears.

4.Select the check box next to the gift that you want to remove from the bundle.

5.Click 'Apply'.
If a date does not appear in the 'Effective Date' field on the Bundles|Details page or on the Bundles|Gifts page, the application prompts you to confirm that the effective date will be set to the current date and time.

6.Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the bundle was updated.

7.Click 'OK'.
