To create a new version:

1.Open Product Configuration from the Desktop.
The Bundles|Search page appears.

2.Search for and select the bundle with the gift that you want to modify.
The Bundles|Details page appears. The bundle versions section displays the versions. The current version is highlighted for editing.

3.If you want to create a brand new version, click 'Add Version'.
This button appears on the Bundles|Details, Bundles|Elements, Bundles|Stored Value Items, Bundles|Miscellaneous Items and Bundles|Gifts pages.

4.If you want to copy a version other than the one currently in effect, select the version that you want to copy.

5.Click .
A blue version row is added to the end of the versions list.

6.If the version is effective any time after today’s date, enter the date into the 'Effective Date' field. Otherwise, the date will default to today’s date and time.

7.Modify the information attached to the version as required. For more information, refer to Creating a Bundle and Adding Events to a Bundle.

8.Click 'Apply'.
If you did not specify an 'Effective Date' on the Bundles|Details page, the current date and time will be used.

9.Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the bundle was updated.

10.Click 'OK'.

You can delete a version if it has an effective date in the future.

To delete a version:

1.Open Product Configuration from the Desktop.
The Bundles|Search page appears.

2.Search for and select the bundle with the gift that you want to modify.
The Bundles|Details page appears. The versions section displays the versions. If the version can be deleted, it will have a check box in the column.
A version can be deleted from any of the pages where the versions section appears.

3.Select the check box to the left of the version that you want to delete.

4.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the bundle was updated.

5.Click 'OK'.
