Before adding an element to a bundle, ensure you have:
•Created the price chart.
If the elements will include events from different venues, the price chart must be able to cover all of the events' price zones.
•Made the price chart available to the same roles as the bundle.
•Created the events.
To add an element to a bundle:
1.Open Product Configuration from the Desktop.
The Bundles|Search page appears.
2.Search for and select the bundle that you want to add an element to.
The Bundles|Details page appears.
3.Select the Elements tab.
The Bundles|Elements page appears
4.If more than one version is present, select or modify the version to which this element applies.
5.Click 'New Element'.
A new element appears.
6.Complete the following fields:
a.Name: Enter a name for the bundle element.
b.Description: Enter a brief description of the element in the field.
If you do not enter a description, the selected series’ names will be used. This appears in the Customer Services - Bundles|Details page.
c.Rank: Enter a numeric value to rank bundle elements so that they appear in the specified order in sales interfaces (online and Desktop). Elements are displayed in descending order (10 displays before 9). Elements without a rank value display last.
d.Minimum Number of Events for Element: Enter the minimum number of events required by the bundle for it to be fulfilled.
e.Maximum Number of Events for Element: Enter the maximum number of events required by the bundle for it to be fulfilled.
f.Fullfill Type: Select an option:
▪Different Events: Indicates that each admission in the bundle must be for a different event. If you select this option, the number of events available to the bundle must be greater than or equal to the number of tickets to fulfill.
▪Different Series: Indicates that each admission in the bundle must be for a different series. If you select this option, the number of series available to the bundle must be greater than or equal to the number of tickets to fulfill.
7.Click 'Select Criteria'.
The Bundle Criteria:Series window appears.
8.Enter the search criteria in the Search Series section and click 'Search'.
The search results appear in the 'Available Series' field in the Select Series section.
9.Select the series in the 'Available Series' field.
10.Click '>>' to move the selection(s) to the 'Selected Series' field.
11.Click 'Next >>'.
The Bundle Criteria:Event Types window appears. The list of available event types reflects those event types available for all of the selected series.
12.Move the event types from the 'Available Types' field to the 'Selected Types' field.
If you do not select any event type, all of the event types will be made available.
If you do not have 'Event Types' assigned to your events, do not select an event type here or no results will be returned.
13.Click 'Next >>'.
The Bundle Criteria:Events window appears.
14.Move the events from the 'Available Events' field to the 'Selected Events' field.
If you do not select any events, all of the events for the selected series will be made available.
If you are creating a fixed bundle (that is where the number of available admissions equals the number of available events), you must move the events into the 'Selected Events' field so that will preselect all of the events for users adding the bundle to an order.
15.Once you have added elements to the bundle, you can define different price types for each (ensure the the price types are available to the price chart being assigned to the bundle):
a.Select the Details tab.
The Bundles|Details page appears.
b.In the price types section, click 'Add Price Type'
A new price type row appears.
c.Click 'Configure By Element'.
The 'Element' column/field appears.
d.Select the price type you want to assign from the 'Price Type' field.
e.Select the element that you want the price type to apply to from the 'Element' field.
f.Enter the minimum number of admissions that need to be purchased for the price type/element in the 'Minimum Admissions' field.
g.Optionally, enter the maximum number of admissions that need to be purchased for the price type/element in the 'Maximum Admissions' field.
h.Repeat the process from Step 15b for each element included in the bundle.
16.Click 'Apply'.
The window closes and the selected series, event types and events are displayed in the 'Series', 'Event Types' and 'Events' fields.
17.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the bundle was updated.
18.Click 'OK'.

Hint
If you are adding events to an existing Draw Down bundle, you must also add a new pricing assignment to the Bundles|Assignments page with the following settings:
1.Click next to the 'Charts' field to search for the price chart with the correct/appropriate pricing.
2.Select Event from the 'Assignment' dropdown.
3.Select Standard from the 'Pricing Method' dropdown.
4.Select the event(s) that have just been added to the bundle from the 'Elements/Events' field.
The price zone values for the event will be removed from the dummy event and assigned to the actual event. For more information, refer to Bundle Price Charts.
