Once you have enabled the customer statistics section of the Customer Services - Customer|Basic page (Enabling Customer Statistics in the Desktop), you can also display the 'Points', 'Rank' and 'Total Member' information to Online customers within the My Account pages.
Caution You should not enable both Customer Points and Customer Value at the same time. |
To enable the customer statistics section within the Online My Account pages:
1.Complete the steps found here: Enabling Customer Statistics in the Desktop.
2.Open Application Security from the Desktop.
3.Select the Groups tab.
The Group|Search page appears.
4.Search for and select the WebSales group.
The Groups|Basic page appears.
5.Select the Content tab.
The Groups|Content page appears.
6.Select the Online property.
7.Select Customer Value property by holding CTRL and clicking on it.
8.Click 'Apply'.
A banner confirms that the Registry was updated.
If there is no information contained in the 'Points', 'Rank' or 'Total Members' fields on the Customer Services - Customer|Basic page, the fields will not display in the customer's Online account.
