You can configure an email address to receive blind carbon copies (BCC) of order confirmation emails. This can be used to help easily handle customer services issues by allowing you easily verify what was sent to customers. Only order confirmation emails will be sent to the defined email address.
To set the BCC confirmation email address:
1.Open the Registry from the Desktop.
2.Navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSorderBO node.
3.Enter the appropriate email address in the email 'confirmationBCC' field.
4.Click 'Apply'.
A banner confirms that the Registry was updated.
