The following external payment gateways are compatible:
•PayPal Native - Payment Gateway
To access the payment gateways, navigate to the Registry - System::Configuration::Payment Gateways node. Each of these gateways is configured with default settings in the Registry, but the settings for your organization may be different.
To add a new payment gateway:
1.Open Registry from the Desktop.
2.Navigate to the System::Configuration::Payment Gateways node.
3.Click 'New Node'.
A new node appears.
4.Complete the following:
a.Node Name: Enter a name for the payment gateway.
b.process_strategy: Select the approprate process strategy before you select the 'Type'. In most cases this will be External.
c.Type: Select the payment gateway.
A copy of the gateway is created.

Caution If you accidentally select the incorrect gateway from the 'Type' dropdown, you should select one of the other nodes and begin the process again from Step 3 because the 'library_path' to the DLL may not refresh correctly. |
d.Copy and paste the values from the core gateway to the new gateway:
•PayPal Native - Payment Gateway

Information If you are creating a new gateway node, you will need a new 'Username' and 'Password' for most payment gateways. If you are creating an Account, Gift Card or Gift Certificate gateway, you will only need a new 'Node Name' and 'Process Strategy'. |
5.​Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the Registry has been updated.
6.Ciick 'OK'.
7.Highlight and copy the new 'Node Name'.
8.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.
9.Select the Lists tab.
The Lists|Search page appears.
10.Search for and select the Payment Gateways list.
The Lists|Basic page appears.
11.Select the Entries tab.
The Lists|Entries page appears.
12.Click 'Add Entry'.
A new list entry appears.
13.Paste the 'Node Name' in the 'Key' field.

Information For those gateways that support multiple types of payments (Credit or Debit), add a new 'Key' to the Payment Gateways list in the format of PaymentGateway::PaymentType (ServeBase::Credit). For more information, refer to General Configuration - Lists. |

Warning If the list's 'Key' value does not match the 'Node Name', payments will still be processed, but as local payments. |
14.Enter a value in 'English' field.
15.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the list was updated
16.Click 'OK'.
If the configuration is correct, a test transaction will include an auth code for credit card transactions and gift card and account type gateways, and validation on use of the corresponding payment method (pay with a gift certificate/card will be validated).
