To add a miscellaneous item rule to a renewal:
1.Open Utilities from the Desktop.
2.Select the Renewals tab.
The Renewals|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the renewal that you want to work with.
The Renewals|Details page appears.
4.Select the Miscellaneous Items tab.
The Renewals|Miscellaneous Items page appears.
5.Click 'Add Rule'.
A new miscellaneous item rule row appears.
a.Item From: Click to search for the miscellaneous item on the source order.
b.Item To: Click to search for the miscellaneous item being included in the offer.
6.For every miscellaneous item rule that you want to add, repeat the process from Step 5.
7.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the renewal was updated.
8.Click 'OK'.
