Hint If your attempt to renew renewal subscriptions was not successful, check these possible common problems that may arise and the reasons: •The renewal seat was not available to your current role in one or more of the new bundle events (it was sold, on offer or inaccessible hold level). •The original bundle and new bundle contained one or more of the same events. •The venue(s) are different than the previous season (if you are attempting to renew to the same seat). A bundle can contain multiple venues, but they must remain the same from year to year. •The bundle was not a subscription bundle and therefore does not have a renewal seat. |
