You can configure the background colour to display for successful scans by price type. If you do not define colours for specific price types, the default success scan colour will be used as defined in Configuring Default Scan Colours. Green is the default background colour for successful scans.
To set the successful scan colour by price type:
1.Open Legends from the Desktop.
2.Select the Price Types tab.
The Price Types|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the price type that you want to work with.
The Price Types|Details page appears.
4.Click 
next to the 'Colour' field to select a colour.
5.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the price type updated.
6.Click 'OK'.

Information Since bundle tickets can have multiple price types, successful scans will display the default colour from the Registry. If the 'Colour' field is not visible, navigate to the Registry - Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSpriceTypeBO::Colour node and set both the 'Readable' and 'Writeable' dropdowns to Yes, or create an attribute for this field in Application Security to control which users can see the field. |
