The Front of House report displays details for customers with tickets for a specified event. You can use the detailed view of this report to provide:
•Sales information about the event, including the average ticket price, tickets paid, tickets unpaid, complimentary tickets, tickets on hold and seats on hold.
•Detailed information about the customer, including contact information and customer and order marketing data.
•Detailed information about the order, including the price type, the cost of each ticket, total value of the order, and any outstanding balance on the order.
You can filter this report by the number of tickets included in the order and marketing data collected about the customer or the order.
This report is often used by front of house departments. You can use this report before show time to determine who is attending a particular event, report on group orders, or on those orders for a particular marketing segment. This report could also be used to determine who is attending special events that have been processed through the system. This report is also useful as a paper backup for box office staff in the event of a system failure which cannot be resolved before an event begins.

Admission Count From |
Filters the report based on the number of tickets sold on an order for the selected event. Entering a value would display only those orders with at least that number of tickets to the event (up to any value entered in the Admission Count To field). For example, you could use the admission count fields to report on tickets sold in groups of 20 (Admission Count From = 20, Admission Count To = 20), or to report on those single ticket holders (Admission Count To = 1). |
Admission Count To |
Filters the report based on the number of tickets sold on an order for the selected event. Entering a value would display only those orders with tickets up to this value (from any value entered in the Admission Count To field). For example, you could use the admission count fields to report on only those orders for large groups (Admission Count From = 10), or to report on those single ticket holders (Admission Count To = 1). |

Customer Marketing Data |
Filters the report by the specified customer marketing data including Customer Class and Customer Type. Customer marketing data is associated to the customer’s account. Select the data that you want to use from the 'Customer Data Option' dropdown. Once selected, you must enter the exact value for the marketing data in the associated 'Customer Data Option' field. The selected marketing data will be ignored if you do not enter a value. If when selecting a marketing data field, you see “data1” or “data2” as options rather than the labels that you use for collecting marketing data, speak to your system administrator to update the application to reflect the actual labels. If you are viewing the detailed report (Show Detail? = Yes) you can view the marketing data collected for the customer. |

Order Marketing Data |
Filters the report by the specified order marketing data. Order marketing data is collected when the user created the order. Select the data that you want to use from the 'Order Data Option' dropdown. Once selected, you must enter the exact value for the marketing data in the associated 'Order Data Option' field. The selected marketing data will be ignored if you do not enter a value. If the data field has an associated list (that is, a list of available options), you must enter the Key for the list option you want to use, not the label as it is seen by users. You can find the key on the General Configuration|Lists page. If when selecting a marketing data field, you see “data1” or “data2” as options rather than the labels that you use for collecting marketing data, speak to your system administrator to update the application to reflect the actual labels. Order Information |
Displays details about the order by order number. This includes the order number, customer number, customer name, number of seats, seating information and the ticket’s print status. If you are using the detailed report, the following information is included: •The customer’s contact information. •A breakdown of the tickets purchased with the order by price type. This information includes a net ticket price (excluding charges and taxes) and the order total (the total value of the order including all charges and taxes). If there is an outstanding balance on the order, this is also displayed. •Any marketing data collected for customer and the order. •Any notes attached to the order. |
