The Email Marketing report displays metrics for an email marketing campaign either defined by appeal or message.
Caution The Email Marketing report will not report on failures/bouncebacks unless the you are using a remote SMTP server. If you are not using a remote SMTP server a failure indicates that the email address was not validated (empty field, incorrect format) and the email was not generated. |

Appeals |
Filters the report based on the appeal. Click to search for an appeal. If you click to select the appeal, you can only select one appeal at a time. If you want to include multiple appeals in the report, then you must select each appeal separately. |
Message Name |
Filters the report based on the message's 'Name'. |
Correspondence Code |
Filters the report based on any correspondence codes that were used. |
Correspondence Date Format |
Specifies the date to use for the report: •Date Range •Previous 7 Days (excluding today) •Today •Yesterday |
Correspondence Sent Date From |
If you are entering a date range, this is the date from which data will be included in the report. This field is enabled for you to enter the time (hh:mm:ss). If you do not enter the time, 00:00:00 is assumed. If you want to include the data from the entire day of the date you select, set the time to 00:00:00. Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used. Click to select a date or to select a duration. |
Correspondence Sent Date To |
If you are entering a date range, this is the date to which data will be included in the report. This field is enabled for you to enter the time (hh:mm:ss). If you do not enter the time, 00:00:00 is assumed. If you want to include the data from the entire day of the date you select, set the time to 23:59:59. Grouping |
Groups the report's output: •Message: Groups the report by message. •Appeal: Groups the report by appeal. |
Options |
Enables you to refine the report's output: •Link Name Analysis: Will sort the report so that it is grouped by the 'Link Name' used in the message. •Referrer Analysis: Will sort the report so that it is grouped by the referrer. •Sales Analysis: Will sort the report so that it is grouped by sales that were made through the link within the message. |
