If your organization works with agents who purchase large amounts of tickets to resell to the general public, you can create an Agent 'Account Type'.

The Customer Service - Order|Summary and Offers|Summary pages have an 'Agent Number' field in addition to the ‘Customer Number’ field. This allows you to assign both agent and customer to orders and offers. Typically an order will contain either a customer or an agent, not both.
When an agent is added to an order or offer, the customer is automatically added as the agent, but you can update an order so that an agent is the billing customer.
The order details will appear in the Customer|History pages regardless of the 'Account Type'. When an order contains both a customer and an agent, the order details will appear on both Customer|History pages.
Benefits can be assigned to agents, allowing them to purchase a larger number of tickets.
