•Select Gift Certificate/Card Results
The Customer Services - Gift Certs/Cards|Search page allows you to search for and select purchased gift certificates and gift cards. When the 'Search' button is clicked, results that match the entered search criteria are displayed in the Select Gift Certificates/Cards section.
When a gift certificate or gift card is selected the Gift Certs/Cards|Details page appears.

The default Customer Services - Gift Certs/Cards|Search page enables you to search for on-sale/available gift certificates and gift cards using the following criteria:

Description |
Gift Cert/Card Number |
Filters the search based on the unique number generated to identify the gift certificate of gift card when it was purchased. |
Gift Cert/Card Redemption Number |
Filters the search based on the gift certificate or gift card redemption number. This is generated whenever the gift certificate or gift card is printed. |
Recipient |
Filters the search based on the recipient's name. |
Printer Message |
Filters the search based on the short message that the customer wanted printed on the gift certificate/card (if any) when it was purchased. |
Amount |
Filters the search based on the amount initially loaded on the gift certificate or card. |
Balance |
Filters the search based on the remaining balance on the gift certificate or card. |
Order Number |
Filters the search based on the order associated with the creation of the gift certificate or gift card. |
Customer Number |
Filters the search based on the customer number of the customer associated with the gift certificate or gift card order. |

The Select Gift Certificate/Card Results section of the Gift Certs/Cards|Search page contains the following properties:

Gift Cert/Card Number |
Displays the gift certificate or card's number. |
Gift Cert/Card Redemption Number |
Displays the gift certificate or card's redemption number. |
Recipient |
Displays the name of the recipient. |
Printer Message |
Displays the short message that the customer wanted printed on the gift certificate/card (if any). |
Amount |
Displays the amount initially loaded on the gift certificate or card. |
Balance |
Displays the remaining balance on the gift certificate or card. |
Clicking on any of the results opens the Gift Certs/Cards|Details page.
