To renew a bundle, a customer number must be associated with the orignal bundle/order. When a customer number is entered against a source bundle or admission, it will carry over to the destination bundle, the admission or the request up until the renewal is executed. The customer number will be added to the renewal as follows:
•Bundle to Bundle: The source bundle customer number will populate the destination bundle customer number.
•Bundle to Event: The source customer number will populate the destination event admission customer number.
•Event to Bundle: The source admission customer number will populate the destination bundle customer number.
•Event to Event: The source admission customer number will populate the destination admission customer number.
Customer assignments at the bundle admission level will not be renewed.
When determining the limits allowed as per the associated customer’s benefits, the following hierarchical rules will apply:
•The limits set against a promotion that has been associated to the customer’s benefit will drive the 'Cap' and 'Max/Order' value of the events that have the same promotions associated to them.
•If an event is part of a bundle and the admission customer is empty, the associated bundle customer number will take ownership.
•If the bundle customer number is empty, the associated billing customer will take ownership.
When printing bundle admissions, the application may assign a single ticket number to the entire bundle or assign individual ticket numbers to each admission:
•If the bundle uses a bundle ticket template, the application assigns a single bundle ticket number per bundle regardless of the number of events and admissions included in the bundle. If the bundle includes multiple events and/or admissions, the ticket holder uses the same bundle ticket for each of the bundle's events and/or admissions.
•If the bundle does not use a bundle ticket template, the application assigns a ticket number to each admission. This results in one ticket per admission per event on the bundle.
