Once you have created a screen, you may have to modify its anchor points, move it to a different location or edit its details.

When making changes, always click 'OK' in the screen details section and then click 'Apply' to save your changes.

Once you have created a screen, you may have to modify its anchor points.
To modify a screen’s anchor points:
1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop.
The Venue|Search page appears.
2.Search for and select the venue that you want to work with.
The Venue|Basic page appears.
3.Select the Screens tab.
The Venue|Screens page appears.
4.Select the Pick Screen toolbar button (), and click the screen that you want to work with.
5.Click and drag the anchor to the position. The anchors are located at each corner of the screen.
6.Click 'OK'.
7.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the venue was updated.
8.Click 'OK'. |
To move or modify the details of a screen:
1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop.
The Venue|Search page appears.
2.Search for and select the venue that you want to work with.
The Venue|Basic page appears.
3.Select the Screens tab.
The Venue|Screens page appears.
4.Select the Pick Screen toolbar button (), and click and drag the screen to its new position.
5.Once you select a screen, the details appear in the screen details section allowing you to update the values.
6.Click 'OK'.
7.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the venue was updated.
