You can modify the section if:
•Users are able to reduce the 'Section GA Capacity' if there are no events linked to the venue.
•When users try to reduce the 'Section GA Capacity' and there are events linked to the venue, the following message is displayed: The GA section capacity can only be decreased if there are no events in this venue.
To modify a section of an existing venue:
1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop.
The Venue|Search page appears.
2.Search for and select the venue that you want to work with.
The Venue|Basic page appears.
3.Select the Sections tab.
The Venue|Sections page appears.
4.Select the section that you want to modify.
The edit section appears.
5.Modify the applicable fields.
6.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the venue was updated.
7.Click 'OK'.
