To assign events to an existing price chart:

1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop.

2.Select the Price Charts tab.
The Price Charts|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the price chart that you want to assign events to.
The Price Charts|Basic page appears.

4.Select the Assignments tab.
The Price Charts|Assignments page appears.

5.Click 'Add Event'.
An event row appears.

a.Event: Click to search for the event(s).

b.Start Date: Click to select the date when you want the price chart to become effective for the event.
If you choose to leave this field blank, the current date and time will be used.

c.End Date: Click to select the date when you want the price chart to nod longer be in effect.
It is not necessary to enter an 'End Date' unless another price chart will come into effect for the event.

6.For each event row that you want to assign this price chart, repeat the process from Step 5.

7.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the price chart was updated.

8.Click 'OK'.

You can remove an event from a price chart, if you have the appropriate permissions.

To remove an event from a price chart:

1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop.

2.Select the Price Charts tab.
The Price Charts|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the price chart with the events that you want to remove.
The Price Charts|Basic page appears.

4.Select the Assignments tab.
The Price Charts|Assignments page appears.

5.Select the 'del?' check box next to the event row that you no longer want to associate to the current price chart.

6.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the price chart was updated.

7.Click 'OK'.

Alternatively, if you do not want to delete the entire event row, you can:

1.Deselect the event(s) that you want to remove from the price chart by holding CTRL while clicking on the event(s).

2.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the price chart was updated.

3.Click 'OK'.
