Price charts are how you define your event and price zone pricing plans.
The basic steps to creating a price chart are as follows:
1.Create the basic details for the price chart.
2.Select from the already existing price zones, those that are to be used by the price chart to define the admission price for each price type.
3.Create each price row to be used in the price chart by:
▪Selecting the price types
▪Selecting the roles
▪Selecting the promotions
▪Entering the admission price for each price zone
4.Add any charges to be included with the price chart.
5.Add those events to which this price chart will apply; if necessary you can assign a start and end date.
Caution Any changes made to an existing price chart will only affect those admissions purchased after the change. Any admissions sold before the change will keep the previous pricing scheme. |
