To add pricing to a price chart: 1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop. 2.Select the Price Charts tab. 3.Search for and select the price chart that you want to add pricing to. 4.Select the Pricing tab. 5.Click 'Add Price Row'. 6.Select the price type(s) that you want to associate with the price chart from the 'Price Types' field. 7.Select the role(s) that you want to associate with the price chart from the 'Roles' field. 8.If you want to grant access to the pricing using a 'Promotion', click to search for a promotion.
a.If the promotion does not have an access code, only those customers with a benefit that has the associated promo code will be able to access the pricing. b.If the promotion has an access code, customers or box office staff must enter the 'Promotion Access Code' to access the pricing. 9.Enter the monetary value of a single admission for each applicable price zone in the 'Price Zones' fields.
10.For every price row that you want to add to the price chart, repeat the process from Step 5. 11.Click 'Apply'. 12.Click 'OK'. |
To remove a price chart from an event: 1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop. 2.Select the Price Charts tab. 3.Search for and select the price chart that you want to add pricing to. 4.Select the Pricing tab. 5.Select the 'del?' check box next to the price row that you no longer want to associate to the current price chart. 6.Click 'Apply'. 7.Click 'OK'. Alternatively, if you do not want to delete the entire event row, you can: 1.Deselect the price type(s)/role(s) that you want to remove from the price row by holding CTRL while clicking on the price type(s)/role(s). 2.Click 'Apply'. 3.Click 'OK'. |
