When events are updated in a batch, a Data Management job is created using the the Update Multiple Events script and script definition a data management job that is executed when the AVScheduler is run.
When the AVScheduler runs (every minute, by default) the job will be executed, updating the group of events.
To check the status of the batch update:
1.Open Utilities from the Desktop.
2.Select the Data Management tab.
The Data Management|Search page appears.
3.Enter Update Multiple Events% in the 'Name' field.
4.Enter/select the date range in which the batch update was created in the 'Create Date/Time' fields.
5.Click 'Search'.
The most recently created job will appear at the top of the search results (whether or not a date range was entered).
6.Select the data management job that you want to view.
The Data Management|Load page appears.
7.Select the Results tab.
The Data Management|Results page appears.
▪Successful Update: If the job was run successfully, a numerical value will appear in the 'Successful Row' column.
▪Failed Update: If errors occurred while the job was run, a numerical value will appear in the 'Failed Rows' column and links to .CSV files outlining the error(s) will appear in the 'Failure Results Files' column.
Hint When a .CSV file is first opened all of the rows and columns are minimized, which sometimes hides information. Expand the rows and columns to view the entire failure results. |
