To delete a dynamic value:

1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.

2.Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page.

3.Search for and select the template with the dynamic value that you want to delete.
The Tickets|Basic page appears.

4.Select the Dynamic Values tab.
The Tickets|Dynamic Values page appears.

5.Select the dynamic value that you want to delete from the values section.
Its definition including and rules or conditions display.

6.Select the 'Delete?' check box at the top of the rules section.

7.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the template was updated.

8.Click 'OK'.
