To modify a dynamic value:

1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.

2.Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page.

3.Search for and select the template with the dynamic value that you want to modify.
The Ticket|Basic page appears.

4.Select the Dynamic Values tab.
The Tickets|Dynamic Values page appears.

5.Select the dynamic value that you want to delete from the values section.
Its definition including and rules or conditions display.

6.Modify the dynamic value as required:

If there are multiple rules, select the rule that you want to work with. This will show the associated details.

To add a rule, refer to Creating a Simple Dynamic Value.

To add a condition, refer to Creating a Conditional Dynamic Value.

To delete a rule, select the 'del?' check box next to the rule. This will also delete any associated conditions.

To delete a condition, in the conditions section, select the 'del?' check box next to the condition that you want to delete.

7.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the ticket template was updated.

8.Click 'OK'.
