You can include hyperlinks in PDF ticket templates so that customers can easily navigate to sites listed on the electronic ticket (you can include links to near by hotels and restaurants).
To add a hyperlink to a PDF ticket template:
1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.
2.Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the PDF ticket template that you want to include hyperlinks in.
The Tickets|Basic page appears.
4.Select the Elements tab.
The Tickets|Elements page appears.
5.Click next to the Element title bar.
The Element window displays.
Click 'Apply' at any time during the ticket template design process to save your changes.
6.Click 'Add Element'.
8.In the 'Display Text' field, enter the URL of the website that you would like to create a hyperlink for (www.audienceview.com).
9.Click 'OK'.
10.Click 'Apply'.
When you test print the PDF ticket template, click on the hyperlink to ensure that it will direct customers to the appropriate website.
