You can add levels to memberships, specifying the points thresholds and benefits earned for each level. Customers advance through Incremental membership levels based on their accumulated points, and earn Static membership levels based on the points assigned to the donation or item purchased.

To create membership levels:
1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.
2.Select the Memberships tab.
The Memberships|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the membership that you want to add a level to.
The Memberships|Basic page appears.
4.If you want to modify the version that is currently in effect, create a new version.
5.Select the Levels tab
The Memberships|Levels page appears.
6.Click 'Add Level'.
7.Complete the appropriate fields.
8.For each level that you want to add, repeat the process from Step 6.
9.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the membership was updated.
10.Click 'OK'. |
You can delete a membership level from a version, if the version has an effective date in the future or you are editing a new version. If you want to delete a level from a version that is currently effective, you must create a new version.
To delete a membership level:
1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.
2.Select the Memberships tab.
The Memberships|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the membership with the level that you want to delete.
The Memberships|Basic page appears.
4.Select the version that you want to work with.
5.Select the Levels tab.
The Memberships|Levels page appears.
6.Select the check box in the 'del?' column of the level that you want to delete.
7.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the membership was updated.
8.Click 'OK'. |
