To add a bundle calendar entry:

1.Open Product Configuration from the Desktop.
TheBundles|Search page appears.

2.Search for and select the bundle that you want to add an element to.
The Bundles|Details page appears.

3.Select the Calendar tab.
The Bundles|Calendar page appears.

4.Click 'Add Entry'.
A blank calendar row appears.

5.Complete the following bundle calendar fields:

a.Role: Select one or more roles that you want to access to the bundle.

b.On Calendar: Click to select the date that the bundle will appear on the calendar
Use the buttons in the column header to set to the date for all calendar entries.

c.Off Calendar: Optionally, click to select the date that bundle goes off the calendar.

d.On Sale: Click to select the date that the role can sell the bundle.

e.Off Sale: Optionally, click to select the date that the role can no longer sell the bundle.

f.Promotion: If you want to grant access to the bundle using a promotion, click to search for the promotion.

oIf the promotion does not have an access code, only customers with the promotion on a benefit can access the bundle.

oIf the promotion has an access code, customers/staff must enter the promo code to access the bundle.

6.For each role you want to define, repeat the process from Step 4.

7.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the bundle was updated.

8.Click 'OK'.

To delete a bundle calendar entry:

1.Open Product Configuration from the Desktop.
The Bundles|Search page appears.

2.Search for and select the bundle that you want to add an element to.
The Bundles|Details page appears.

3.Select the Calendar tab.
The Bundles|Calendar page appears.

4.Select the check box next to the entry that you want to delete.

5.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the bundle was updated.

6.Click 'OK'.
