Caution Additional charges assigned against items within a Draw Down bundle do not contribute to the pool of money that is drawn from or to. If an additional charge is assigned to an actual event being used to fill the bundle (not the Draw Down dummy event) and then it is added to the bundle and run using Utilities, the admission amount will be drawn down from the dummy event, but the additional charge will now be added to the order total, leaving the order underpaid. If the bundle costs $500.00 and a $20.00 additional charge is applied, only $500.00 is available for funds to be drawn from. If a $1.00/ticket additional charge is applied, once the Draw Down bundle has been filled, the order will be underpaid by $1.00 for every admissions in the bundle. |
