You can remove admissions from an event if the admission has not been sold and/or is not on offer. Once removed, the admissions will no longer be visible or available for the selected event(s).

To remove admissions from an event:

1.Open Utilities from the Desktop.

2.Select the Admissions tab.
The Admissions|Values page appears.

3.Select the Admissions tab.
The Admissions|Admissions page appears.

4.Search for and select the events with the admissions that you want to remove.
Your search results appear in the Matching Events section. If multiple pages of search results are displayed, you can use the '<' and '>' buttons to open the additional pages.

5.To remove admissions from specific events, select the check box next to each event.
Click 'Select All' to select all of the events on the current page. This will not select events on other pages.

6.Enter the 'Section(s)', 'Row(s)' and 'Seat(s)' of the admissions you want to remove.
To remove a whole row, only enter the section and row. If you want to remove different seats from multiple rows, you must enter them individually.

7.Click 'Remove Admissions'.
A window prompts you to confirm the removal of the selected admissions. The confirmation displays the total number of admissions that will be removed for the number of events selected and if any were sold or on offer that could not be removed.

8.Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the admissions were removed.

9.Click 'OK'.
