Matching Events Section

Add/Remove Seats Section

 


 

The Utilities - Admissions|Admissions page allows you to add or remove seats for a batch of events, providing that the seats exist within the associated venue.

 

When the 'Search' button is clicked, results that match the entered search criteria are displayed in the matching events section.

The Search Events section of the Utilities - Admissions|Admissions page contains the following properties:

Field

Description

Date

Filters the search based on an event date range.

Click calendarIcon-7.X to select a date.

Time

Filters the search based on a timeframe in which the event occur.

Day of Week

Filters the search based on the specified day(s) of the week that the event is taking place on.

Venue

Filters the search based on the specified venue(s).

Event Code

Filters the search based on any applicable event codes.

Event Description

Filters the search based on the description of the event.

Series

Filters the search based on the name of the series.

Page Size

Enables you to specify the number of records to display per page returned in the results.

Search Type

Enables you to choose the appropriate type of matches you are expecting:

Match Any: When you want to search for records containing one or more of the search terms you selected.

Match All: When you want to search for records that contain all of the search terms you selected.

 

Matching Events Section

Your search results appear in the Matching Events section. If multiple pages of search results are displayed, you can use the '<' and '>' buttons to open the additional pages.

The Matching Events section of the Utilities - Admissions|Admissions page contains the following properties:

Field

Description

Series Name

Displays the name of the series.

Venue Name

Displays the name of the venue.

Event Code

Displays the event code.

Event Name

Displays th name of the event.

Start Date

Displays the first date of the event.

Available Seats

Displays the available seats.

To select all of the articles displayed in the search results display box, click the 'Select All' button. All of the currently displayed articles in the search results display box are marked for selection.

 

Add/Remove Seats Section

The Add/Remove Seats section allows you to enter section, row, and seat information for the seats that you want to add or remove.

The Add/Remove Seats section of the Utilities - Admissions|Admissions page contains the following properties:

Field

Description

Section(s)

The section in which the seats reside that you want to add or remove.

Row(s)

The row in which the seats reside that you want to add or remove.

Seat(s)

The seat numbers for the seats you want to add or remove.

'Add Admissions'

Clicking this button will add the admissions, inserted in the fields above, to the specified event(s).

'Remove Admissions'

Clicking this button will remove the admissions, inserted in the fields above, to the specified event(s).
