If you have sold a Draw Down bundle that now has events associated to it, you must update the sold bundles to include the appropriate events.
To update an existing order:
1.Open Utilities from the Desktop.
2.Select the Renewals tab.
The Renewals|Search page appears.
3.Click 'Create New'.
The Renewals|Details page appears.
4.Select Update Order from the 'Renewal Type' dropdown.
The order renewal fields appear.
5.Enter the order renewal details into the applicable fields of the renewal detail section.
For more information, refer to Renewal Type - Update Order and Update Order ( Payment Fail OK ).
6.Select the Seating tab.
The Renewals|Seating page appears.
7.Select the seat rule that you want to update.
The seating rules section appears.
8.Select Bundle to Bundle from the 'Renewal Mapping' dropdown.
The page refreshes.
a.Bundle From: Click 
to search for the bundle that you want to update.
b.Bundle To: Click to search for the same bundle.
c.Event To: Select the event(s) that have recently been added to the bundle.
d.Price Type Option: Ensure that From Source is selected.
9.Click 'Create'.
A window confirms that the renewal was updated.
10.Click 'OK'.
You can now execute the renewal by clicking 'Execute'.

Caution Once a renewal has been created, you can click 'Execute' at any time to run the batch of renewals, even if there are unsaved changes. If you do not click 'Apply' after modifying a renewal, the changes will not be saved and you will not be able to search for the updated renewal later. |

Caution If you have a small, definitive list for your 'Cancel Reasons', ensure that the list has an entry with 'Key' and 'English' value of Refund. If the list does not include Refund, the renewals fails with the error Refund is not in list for Cancel Reason. |
