Users cannot be deleted once they have completed an action. If you want to prevent the user from logging in, you can set an end date for the user’s account. Once you expire a users account, it can always be re-opened.

To expire a user’s account:

1.Open Application Security from the Desktop.

2.Select the Users tab.
The Users|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the user that you want to expire.
The Users|Basic page appears.

4.Enter the date from which you do not want the user to be able to access the account in the 'End Date' field or click calendarIcon-7.X to select a date.

You can always remove the end date to reactivate the user’s account.

5.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the user was updated.

6.Click 'OK'.
