Through the use of context fields, you can create an article template that will pull information from the selected source.

For example, if you link a Template article to an event using the 'URL for Published Event' field on the Event Configuration - Events|Basic page, when customers click the more info link, information pertaining to the event will be populated in the appropriate context fields.

To create an article template:

1.Open Content Management from the Desktop.

2.Select the Articles tab.
The Articles|Search page appears.

3.Click 'Create New'.
The Articles|Basic page appears.

4.Select Template or Template with Search from the 'Article Type' dropdown.
