Various context types can be used to create article templates. When an item is linked to a Template or Template with Search article, the applicable information will be pulled into the inserted context fields.
Context fields can be inserted into the Article|Text page via the 'Insert Context Field' button. The 'Insert Context Field' button only appears if you are creating a Template or Template with Search article.
The same fields are also used for Online searches, and the information contained in the fields is displayed to customers.
The fields listed in the sections below can also be used to create article search criteria on the Article|Criteria page.
