Once the message is created, you can use the Messages|Deliver page to both test your mail server to ensure that it is operational for message sending as well as to set up the schedule for the sending of the message. You can schedule your message to be sent immediately, at a later point or periodically over the course of days, weeks, or months. In all cases, the recipients that were collected in the associated BI query will be messaged at the scheduled time.
