You can delete a customer as long as the customer has not been associated with an order. Once a customer has been associated with an order, you can closed/suspend the customer or forget the customer's personal information instead.
To delete a customer:
1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.
The Customer|Search page appears.
2.Search for and select the customer you want to delete.
If you selected the default contact, the Customer|Basic page will appear, otherwise the Customer|Advanced page will appear.
3.Select 'Delete' from the 'More Options' menu.
A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the customer.
4.Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the customer was deleted.
5.Click 'OK'.
