To reload a gift card or an account:
1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.
The Customer|Search page appears.
2.Search for the customer that you want to work with.
3.Select Add to Order from the Action Menu.
The Order|Summary page appears.
4.Click 'Reload Gift Card/Account' to reload a gift card or customer.
The Reload Gift Card/Account window appears.
The Reload and Reload Fixed types of gift cards/accounts will appear in the Stored Value Item column.
5.Select the gift certificate/card that you want to add to order. If the gift certificate/card type you select is:
▪Reload: Pre-set amounts will appear in the 'Amount' dropdown on the Order|Summary page, but these amounts can be altered by typing an amount into the 'amount' field.
▪Reload Fixed: The pre-set amounts in the 'Amount' dropdown will be fixed and cannot be altered.
6.Click 'Add to Order'.
The Reload Gift Card/Account window closes and the gift card/account appears in the Gift Certificates/Cards section of the Order|Summary page.
Once the reloaded gift card is added to the order, will appear next to it on the Order|Summary page. Clicking it will display the card's current balance.
