You can check a gift card/account balance by viewing gift certificate and gift card details or by completing the following:
1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.
2.Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the order that you want to work with.
The Order|Summary page appears.
4.Click 'Reload Gift Card/Account'.
The Reload Gift Card/Account window appears.
5.Search for and select the applicable stored value item/gift card.
6.Enter the gift card number into the 'Number' field.
7.Enter the gift card redemption number into the 'Redemption Number' field.
8.Click 'Inquiry'.
A window confirms the balance remaining on the card.
Once an existing gift card is reloaded, 
will appear next to it on the Order|Summary page. Clicking it will display the cards current balance.
Customers account balances can be displayed online.
