Information

You will need to remove unfulfilled bundles from an order if you do not have permission to save orders with unfulfilled bundles or if there is a bundle charge being applied unnecessarily.

To remove a bundle from an order:

1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.

2.Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the order that you want to work with.
The Order|Summary page appears.

4.Select the Bundles from the Bundles tab.
The Order|Bundles|Bundles page appears.

5.If you want to delete an entire bundle:

a.Select the check box next to the bundle that you want to delete.

b.Click 'Delete'.

6.If you want to delete some admissions:

a.Select Seats from the Bundles tab.
The Order|Bundles|Seats page appears.

b.Select the check box next to the admission(s) in the Bundles - Seats section that you want to delete.

c.Click 'Delete'.

7.If you want to delete some miscellaneous items:

a.Select the Items tab.
The Order|Bundles|Items page appears.

b.Select the check box next to the miscellaneous item(s) that you want to delete.

c.Click 'Delete'.

8.If you want to delete some gifts:

a.Select the Gifts tab.
The Order|Bundles|Gifts page appears.

b.Select the check box next to the gift(s) that you want to delete.

c.Click 'Update Details'.

Individual admissions, miscellaneous items and gifts can also be managed/removed from the Order|Bundles|Bundles page.

9.Click 'Apply'.
A window prompts you to enter a reason for the removal.

10.Enter a reason for the removal in the field.
If you delete a seat from a bundle after the admission's ticket has been printed, the admission's ticket will be cancelled and the bundle ticket (if there is one) will no longer allow admission for that seat.

11.Click 'OK'.
A warning appears indicating that bundle has not been completely filled.

12.Click 'OK'.

 

All payment fields will be updated accordingly. If a payment had already been made, the total will be adjusted to reflect a refund amount or deemed as an overpayment.
