To create a new price chart by copying an existing one:
1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop.
2.Select the Price Charts tab.
The Price Charts|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the price chart that you want to add pricing to.
The Price Charts|Basic page appears.
4.Enter the name for the new chart in the 'Name' field.
5.Make the changes:
▪To modify the price chart's basic information, use the Price Charts|Basic page.
▪To modify the price types, roles and/or promotions associated to the pricing on a price chart, use the Price Charts|Pricing page.
▪To modify the charges and/or promotions associated to the charges on the price chart, use the Price Charts|Charges page.
▪To modify the events assigned to the price chart, use the Price Charts|Assignments page.
6.Click 'Save Copy'.
A window confirms that the price chart was updated.
7.Click 'OK'.
All of the price chart’s information is copied with the price chart.

Hint You can save the price chart at any point after you have changed the 'Name' by clicking 'Save Copy'. To save changes afterwards press 'Apply'. |
