The following steps define how to create a single seat within a screen:
1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop.
The Venue|Search page appears.
2.Search for and select the venue that you want to work with.
The Venue|Basic page appears.
3.Select the Seats tab.
The Venue|Seats page appears.
4.Select the screen to which you want to add seats from the 'screen seats' dropdown.
5.Select the Create Seat toolbar button from the Seats Toolbar.

6.Click the screen where you want to place the seat.
The seat displays on the preview screen.
A number of fields display in the seat detail section to the right of the screen image.
7.Complete the applicable fields.
8.Click 'OK'.
The application updates your changes. To move the seat, refer to Moving One or More Seats.
9.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the venue was updated.
10.Click 'OK'.
11.Continue adding seats to the venue as required.
