If a venue has been configured with general admission (GA) sections then GA seating can be assigned to an event.
You can assign any number of admissions to a combination of price zones, fill zones and hold types. The total 'GA Capacity' of the sections for an event cannot exceed the total 'GA Capacity' of a venue's GA sections.
To add GA seating to an event:
1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop.
2.Select the Events tab.
The Events|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the event that you want to add a limit to.
The Events|Basic page appears.
4.Select the General Admission tab.
The Events|General Admission page appears.
5.Click 'Allocate General Admissions' under the section that you want to add GA seating to.
A new row appears below the section heading.
6.GA Capacity: Enter the number of GA seats that you want to sell or put on hold in this section.
7.At least one option must be selected from the following dropdowns:
▪Price Value: Select the price zone that you want to assign to the GA seats.
▪Hold Value: Select the hold type that you want to assign to the GA seats.
▪Fill Value: Select the fill zone that you want to assign to the GA seats.
8.For every GA allocation that you want to create, repeat the process from Step 5.
9.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the event was updated.
10.Click 'OK'.
