To create a new template by copying an existing one:
1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.
2.Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page.
3.Search for and select the template that you want to copy.
The Tickets|Basic page appears.
4.Enter the name of the new template in the 'Name' field.
5.Click 'Save Copy'.
A window confirms that the template was created.
6.Click 'OK'.
7.Continue to modify the template as needed.
