You can delete a ticket template provided that it is not in use.

To delete a ticket template:

1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.

2.Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page.

3.Search for and select the template that you want to delete.
The Tickets|Basic page appears.

4.Click 'Delete'.
A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the selected template.

5.Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the ticket template was deleted.

6.Click 'OK'.
