Field |
Description |
Exchange Rules Section |
|
Name |
A unique name for the exchange rule. This is not exposed to your online customers and should be used to describe the rule for your internal purposes. |
Group |
Use a Group when you have a large number of rules and need to categorize them to help narrow down your searches. For example for this season’s exchange rules you could set the Group to “2024 Season Rules”. |
Type |
The rule type determines whether the rule is used for bundle exchanges or single event exchanges. |
Bundle |
This field is only displayed for exchange rules of type “Bundle”. It’s used to set the bundles to which this exchange rule applies. For example, if you want this exchange rule to be active for your “2024 Full Season Bundle”, search for this bundle using the search icon, select it and click Apply. |
Price Chart |
The price chart used for the 'Exchange To' (new) admissions.
A price chart is required for rules of type “Bundle”, and optional for rules of type “Single”. If no price chart is configured for a Single exchange rule, the exchange-to admissions will be priced in the same way as a new purchase for that event, using the price charts associated to the event.
Click to search for a price chart. |
Role |
The role(s) that can make an exchange based on the defined rules. |
Exchange Window - Start Date |
The date when customers can begin exchanging their tickets. Click to select a date. |

The date when customers can no longer exchange their tickets. This date is relative to each Exchange From event's 'Event Start' date. Setting this to -48h would mean that customers can exchange their tickets up to 48 hours before the start of the event. Click to select a duration or to select a date. |
