Once you have created a hold type, you can copy an existing hold type to create a new one. The hold type’s information is copied to the hold type.
To copy a hold type:
1.Open Legends from the Desktop.
2.Select the Hold Types tab.
The Hold Types|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the hold type that you want to copy.
The Hold Types|Details page appears.
4.Enter a name for the new hold type in the 'Name' field.
5.Click 
to select a colour for the new hold type..
6.Modify the applicable fields.
7.Select 'Save Copy' from the 'More Options' menu (⋮).
A window confirms that the hold type was created.
8.Click 'OK'.
