The Donation Detail Summary report displays pledge information by program, campaign, and appeal including pledge amounts and outstanding pledges. This report has a detailed view which enables you to view pledge information itemized by order.
Use this report to view donations that have been made to one or more campaigns and the responses to appeals. This report can also help determine end-of-day donation balancing. You can also use the detailed view of the report to examine current outstanding pledges to follow up with customers.

The order on which the donation was made. Click the link to view the order details. This column only displays if you are viewing the detailed report. Links will not function if you email or download the HTML version of the report, or if your browser does not allow pop-ups. |
Customer # |
The customer number associated with the donation. Click the link to view the customer’s details. This column only displays if you are viewing the detailed report. Links will not function if you email or download the HTML version of the report, or if your browser does not allow pop-ups. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer associated with the donation. This column only displays if you are viewing the detailed report. |
Trans. Date |
The date on which a payment was created or updated on the donation. This column only displays if you are viewing the detailed report. |
Pledge Date |
The pledge date of the donation. This column only displays if you are viewing the detailed report. |
Pledged Amount |
If you are viewing the detailed report, this is the amount pledged on the order. Otherwise, this is the total amount pledged to the appeal. |
Pledges Received |
The payments made against the donation that fall within the selected transaction date range criteria. If you are viewing the detailed report, this is the amount received by order. |
Current Outstanding Pledges |
The total pledge amount that currently remains outstanding. This total does not depend on the pledge or transaction date criteria you used to run the report, but only includes information applicable to those pledges displayed in the report. For example, a pledge was made in July and payments were made against the pledge in July, August and September. If you ran this report for pledges and transactions made in July, the Gifts Received total would include only those payments received up until the end of July while the Current Outstanding Pledges would reflect any pledge amounts that remain outstanding up to the day you ran the report. |
Pledge Count |
The total number of those pledges included in the report made to an appeal, campaign or program. |
Pledge Avg. |
The average pledge amount of those pledges included in the report. |
% of Target |
If targets were set, this displays the percentage of the target amount that has been pledged and paid. This percentage reflects the total pledges up until the day the report was run, regardless of the pledge and transaction dates you used to run the report. |
