The Duplicate Account Summary report displays a list of possible duplicate accounts based on specified matching criteria including:
•Email Address
•Last Name
•Organization Name
•Payment Account Number
•Street Address
•Telephone Number
•Postal/Zip Code
Use this report to help determine which accounts should be merged or removed from the system.
Criteria

Enables you to specify which information to check when determining the uniqueness of a customer (selecting Email Address would return all those accounts with the same email address). |
From Customer Number |
Filters the report for those account numbers within the specified range. Your entry will be ignored if you do not enter a 'To Customer Number' date. |
To Customer Number |
Filters the report for those account numbers within the specified range. Your entry will be ignored if you do not enter a 'From Customer Number' date. |
Account Create Date Format |
Specifies the date to use for the report: •Date Range •Previous 7 Days (excluding today) •Today •Yesterday |
Account Created From |
Filters for those accounts created on or after the date entered. Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used. Click |
Account Created To |
Filters for those accounts created on or before the date entered. Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used. Click |
Account Update Date Format |
Specifies the date to use for the report: •Date Range •Previous 7 Days (excluding today) •Today •Yesterday |
Account Updates From |
Filters for those accounts updated on or after the date entered. Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used. Click |
Account Updates To |
Filters for those accounts created on or before the date entered. Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used. Click |

Filters for those accounts created by the selected user role(s). |

Filters for those accounts updated by the selected user role(s). |
Output
Links will not function if you email or download the HTML version of the report.
Once you run this report, you can use Customer Services to merge, link or resolve other issues with duplicates.
