The Miscellaneous Items report displays the net value of miscellaneous items (both sold and paid). You can use this report to view additional details about the sales of miscellaneous items.

Information

The amount paid displayed in this report should match the End of Day Summary report for the same date range.

Criteria

The following table describes this report’s criteria:

Description

Item Type

Filters the report based on the selected type(s) of miscellaneous item:

•Memberships

•Merchandise

•Other

•Pass

Other Category

Filters the report based on miscellaneous items within the selected Other categories.

Membership Category

Filters the report based on miscellaneous items within the selected Membership categories.

Merchandise Category

Filters the report based on miscellaneous items within the selected Merchandise categories.

Pass Category

Filters the report based on miscellaneous items within the selected Pass categories.

Transaction Date Format

Specifies the date to use for the report:

•Date Range

•Previous 7 Days (excluding today)

•Today

•Yesterday

Transactions From

If you are entering a date range, this is the date from which data will be included in the report. This date is inclusive where the starting time will be 0:00:00 on the selected date.

Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used.

Transactions To

If you are entering a date range, this is the date to which data will be included in the report. This date is inclusive where the end time will be up to 23:59:59 on the selected date.

Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used.

Display Charges Type

Enables you to further expand 'Sold' and 'Paid' columns based on the selected charge types:

•Commission

•Service Charge

•Tax

Information

Two other options, User Tax1 and User Tax2, are available. By default they are disabled in the General Configuration - List|Entries page for the Service Charge Types list. To configure these options, they must first be enabled. For information on configuring taxes and charges, refer to Product Configuration - Charges.

Report Output By

Groups miscellaneous items in the report by:

•Miscellaneous Item Summary: Provides a summary of the revenue from all miscellaneous items and no additional details.

•Transaction Date

•User Name

•User Role Group

•User Role Name

Advanced Section

The following criteria is available in the advanced section:

Criteria

Description

User Name

Filters by the selected users.

Click magnifyingGlass-7.X to search for a user.

This is the user who sold or updated the miscellaneous item.

User Role

Filters by the selected user role(s).

This is the user who sold or updated the miscellaneous item charge.

User Role Group

Filters by the selected user role group(s).

This is the user who last updated the order.

 

Output

The following table describes the report’s output:

Column

Description

Miscellaneous Item Summary

The net value of miscellaneous items sold and paid.

The total amount paid should match the End of Day Summary report for the same date range.

Miscellaneous Items

Miscellaneous items sold and paid based on your Report Output By setting.

This section does not display if you are reporting by Miscellaneous Item Summary.
